Flay is accused of plagiarizing Ariana Grande in a new song

The singer’s exit is being compared to the successes of the American pop star




Singer Flay has been accused of plagiarizing songs from singer Ariana Grande in her new release titled Mi Culo Es Malo. On social networks, Internet users compared songs from Flay’s single with the hits of the American artist.

For some netizens, the melodies are very similar to the hits God Is A Woman and 7 Rings, as are the lyrics. In an excerpt from the song, Flay sings ‘I watched, I liked, I kissed, I took’, which reminded some Internet users of the line where Ariana says: ‘I see, I like, I want, I can’ (in free translation).

On Twitter, the launch divided opinion. “All in the same song, my god, how can this be so uncreative,” criticized one Internet user. “Plagiarized and still hit a bad note: repudiation,” wrote another.
