The Chronicles of Narnia film series is a large-scale film adaptation of fantasy stories written by Clive Staples Lewis, which broke all popularity records in the 2000s. It grossed $1.5 billion at the box- office. What happened to the young actors who played children who found themselves in a magical land?

Georgie Henley – Lucy

Georgie Henley was the shortest among the main cast. When filming for the film began, if only eight years old. After childhood fame, the actress did not leave the cinema, although she managed to graduate from Cambridge University. Today, Georgie tries her hand at literature. In 2022, she published a collection of poems entitled “Amphibian”.

Skandar Keynes–Edmond

Skandar Keynes, who started acting at the age of 12, had an interesting character. If at the beginning of the story Edmund does not seem to be a very positive character, he later becomes a wise and reasonable hero. And the people of Narnia even called him Edmund the Just.

After finishing the filming of the saga, Skandar left the cinema and is now involved in politics. He graduated from university in 2014, worked as an adviser to a British Member of Parliament and now works as an economics editor for The Economist.

William MosleyPeter

When William was cast in 2003 for the role of Peter Pevensie, he already had decent acting experience, as he started acting in 1998, when he was 11 years old.

Moseley continues to play a lot. One of his last works is the role of Edgar Allan Poe in the movie Crow Hollow. By the way, William maintains friendly relations with his former colleagues, who played his siblings in the film about Narnia.

Anna Popplewell Susan

Anna studied at the School of Dramatic Arts in London from the age of six and received her first television role at the age of 9 in the television series Cutthroat Coast. By the way, Popplewell auditioned for the role of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter saga, but did not pass the casting – the Chronicles of Narnia eventually brought her worldwide fame.

Anna continues to act in films, and she has been married since May 2016 and has a daughter, Zoe.
