Bianca Andrade takes a tour of the new villa; ‘my first participation after twelve years’

This Friday, the 5th, entrepreneur and influencer Bianca Andrade posted a tour of the new villa on her YouTube channel. The R$18 million property is located in the Granja Viana district of São Paulo. The condominium where the house is located has stables, tennis and soccer fields, as well as a helipad.

As the video begins, Bianca takes a look back from her first bedroom to her new acquisition. The villa has an impressive 1,100 square meters, gourmet space, cinema with 12 seats, heated swimming pool, games room, gym, 34 liter shark aquarium (which has also been deactivated by it), 4 suites, pantry, kitchen, laundry, kennel , ballroom with exclusive entrance and 7 liter coral aquarium.

Boca Rosa – as it is also known on social networks – explained that previously having a home was not a priority, that in these 12 years of work it has invested more in work and business. “My first resource after twelve years. Everything I do in my job depends on a lot of investments. Being a businesswoman has a high cost, so everything I earned in life I always went back to work, because I always believed that would make me grow. Buying a house was on hold,” he said.

Also during the video, Bianca told a little about her story, she remembered being a ‘little girl’ from Complexo da Maré, a community in Rio de Janeiro and it was after seeing her mother’s dream of having a home come true all hers that she reimagined and idealize that she too wanted a little corner just for her.
