Anderson Leonardo, of Molejo, says he will resume cancer treatment: “Fight to the end”

Singer Anderson Leonardofrom the group molejohe said he will resume treatment against a cancer in the groin. According to the artist, swelling in the testicle region prompted him to seek medical attention. Anderson was diagnosed with the disease in October last year AND, in January he announced that he was cured.

He talked about it in an interview with the Rocinha Cast podcast. The singer also talked about what he felt when he discovered cancer. According to the artist, he began to feel lumps in the groin region. “I thought, ‘It must be nothing, it must be a little fat. ‘ But he grew up and I went to the urologist,” he said.

After a biopsy, the artist was found to have a malignant tumor on site. “When [o médico] said, I’m ‘out of my mind’. I stood still, I didn’t want to hear anymore, ”she said.

According to the report, the practitioner informed him that the chance of recovery was more than 70%. “I couldn’t wait to start my treatment,” he commented.

Anderson said the new phase will be “lighter”. “I’m getting ready, but I’m fine. […] I will fight to the end,” he said, who said the treatment will be done to prevent the cancer from reaching other organs.
