The skin inflammations got so bad that they started causing pain described as excruciating since young. He is currently having difficulty lying down or reclining in a chair.
“It caused the most intense pain I have ever experienced. If I lie back wrong, lean back in the wrong chair, or if I’m in the shower and a jet of water hits my back, then I have such intense pain that my My eyes get blurry and my ears start ringing,” reported Jonathan James, in a video on tick tock. “‘It’s only for a few seconds, but it’s awful. I’m going to see a dermatologist and will be sharing my experience online.”
Despite the problems he is facing from using anabolic steroids, James intends to continue using hormones.
According to the Ministry of Health, steroids can increase the body’s production of immune system receptors called TLR2s, which promote acne. When combined with an imbalance of Propionibacterium acnes (P acnes) bacteria, this elevated level of TLR2 receptors can trigger an inflammatory response and cause acne breakouts, among other side effects.
