Zosimova, Spelling, Hilton: star heiresses who failed to live up to expectations

“This new guy in our yard is loved by adults and children …” In the early 90s, this song sounded literally everywhere, and young people sang it with pleasure. Boris Zosimov is a well-known producer and media manager. Once he worked at the Komsomol Personnel Retraining School of the Komsomol Central Committee, but a successful acquaintance with the impresario Hovhannes Melik-Pashaev turned his life upside down. In 1981, he invited Zosimov to become the administrator of the then super popular resurrection group. Over the next 8 years, Boris gained experience, became the producer of the group Zemlyane and Alexander Barykin.

When perestroika was in the air, Boris Zosimov left for the United States and founded the record company BIZ Enterprises there. Over the next few years he moved between the United States and Russia, and in 1994 he became president of PolyGram Russia. Boris took part in the creation of the music channels Muz-TV and MTV Russia. He is currently the editor of several music magazines and Hit FM radio.

But back to Lena, more precisely to Elena Borisovna. She is the eldest of Boris’ four daughters and the only daughter from his first marriage. She was born on September 11, 1975, studied music and dance at school. As she admitted in various interviews, she always wanted to sing.

The dream came true when she turned 16. In 1991, Lena appeared in public with the song “This New Guy”, in which Igor Nikolaev participated in the recording. The song immediately becomes a hit, and Lena herself should have a bright future (taking into account her father’s help, of course). A video is being shot with the participation of Bogdan Titomir, new songs are being recorded: “Don’t go crazy”, “Thin Ice”, “Line of Love”. At the same time, Lena Zosimova begins her activity as a concert performer and travels throughout the country.

At the end of 1994, the first album “Vse Ahead” was released, but it did not receive much popularity. Lena does not despair, goes to the USA and records the second disc “I’m Not Guilty” with the songs “Me and You”, “Hug Me”, “I’m Not Jealous”. It was released in 1997. In addition, she participated in group concerts and recorded CDs with other musicians.

However, the singer’s career is not going well. She tries her hand at TV shows, works on MTV’s main entertainment program, Banzai!, but can’t stop thinking about music. In 2002, Lena Zosimova decided to release another album, but it failed, despite all the connections (among other things, Boris sold his stake in MTV), then she completely withdrew. Now that she has two sons and a quiet life, Lena will not return to the stage. However, the song “This New Guy” is still remembered by many.

Tori (or rather Victoria Davey) was born on May 16, 1973 in the family of American media magnate Aaron Spelling. If you say that she literally owes everything to her father, it will be true.

Aaron Spelling was born in 1923, during the war he was a pilot, then, without much success, he tried to become an actor and writer. His life took a drastic turn when producer Dick Powell invited him to work as an assistant. Aaron quickly understood the essence of the job and became the producer of many famous TV shows: Charlie’s Angels, Dynasty, Twin Peaks, Melrose Place, Charmed.
