Rose Miriam’s defense filed the doctor’s psychiatric report in a trial involving Gugu’s inheritance. The document can cancel the contract signed by the two while the presenter was alive.
Last week, OR The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) validated the signed will For guguin which he leaves his inheritance to children and grandchildren and does not mention the relationship with Rose Miriam. The process that involves recognition of the stable union of the two and the division of the presenter’s assets, however, just had a new twist.
This Monday (26), Erlan Bastos, from “Em Off”, has released a medical report presented by Rose Miriam to Justice in which the doctor is diagnosed with psychological problems. The document aims at cancel the joint commitment agreement for the education of children, signed by her in 2011.
In the contract, Rose and Gugu agree that they will have three children through artificial insemination, as well as jointly make any decisions involving the children. The document is the main justification showing that Rose and Gugu never had a stable relationship.
The report filed by Rose Miriam’s lawyer states that the doctor was “out of time” and “incompetent” at the time the contract was signed. The purpose of submitting the report at this point in the process is to cancel the Doctor’s signed Agreement.
The document also reports that Rose Miriam was hospitalized between January and February 2011. It is also alleged that the doctor used various psychiatric medications and had been undergoing psychological follow-up since April 2009.
