Rose Miriam publishes statement for her son with whom she is fighting for the inheritance: ‘Great days will come’


The presenter’s widow said she believes in a new beginning in the relationship with João Augusto




Rosa Miriam di Matteomother of the conductor’s children Gugu Liberated, issued a statement this Wednesday 28 to his eldest son, João Augusto. The two are on opposite sides in the legal dispute in which Rose Miriam requests recognition of her stable union with Gugu in order to be entitled to the presenter’s inheritance.

Despite this, Rose wrote believing in a fresh start to the relationship between the two. “I have known my son from the first day he was in my womb and I know what is deep in his heart. I know the Holy Spirit is with him, watching over him every moment, just as He watches over us everything,” the widow began.

He went on to praise his son. “João is a sensitive and very affectionate boy, and full of love for others. Great days will come for him. I love my son regardless of any situation,” she wrote.

Rose Miriam added that she also loves her daughters, “two amazing and beautiful girls”. Sofia and Marina, twin sisters, are supporting their mother in requesting and recognizing a stable union.

Gugu’s will

Gugu left Rose Miriam out of his will, despite receiving a monthly allowance of around R$50,000. In the document, the presenter has chosen her sister, Aparecida Liberato, as responsible for the care of her estate – which are the assets left to the heirs.

In his split, Gugu left 75% of his assets to his children and the remaining 25% to his grandchildren. In addition, she requested a life pension for her mother, Dona Maria do Céu, of R $ 163,000.

Even the widow Rose Miriam obtained a villa, in Alphaville, a luxury district of São Paulo, worth R$ 6 million.
