Singer Madonna was reportedly found unconscious at her New York home on Saturday (6/24), rushed to the hospital, and intubated in the ICU. The information comes from the Page Six website and comes to light after the 64-year-old artist’s manager revealed she had a serious bacterial infection and had to postpone her upcoming ‘Celebration’ tour.
In his statement posted this Wednesday (28/6) on Instagram, manager Guy Oseary confirmed that the singer had to be admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU).

Page Six also added that Lourdes Leon, Madonna’s eldest daughter, stood by her mother’s side during her hospitalization.
Although the Queen of Pop is now “out of intensive care,” Oseary explained in his post, “She is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected.”
For this reason, the manager has decided to suspend all the singer’s commitments, including the tour. “At this time, we will have to suspend all engagements, including the tour,” said Oseary, revealing the artist’s health conditions. He also promised that he will share more details, such as the new tour start date and rescheduled concert dates, as soon as he has them.
