Jamie Foxx still not 100% better: ‘On the road to recovery’

Despite his recent departures, Jamie Foxx still not “100%” recovered after suffering a mysterious “medical complication” earlier this year. However, according to a source of Us Weekly, the actor’s health is already much improved.

Jamie is doing much better and starting to feel like himself again. He’s not 100% and he’s still taking it easy, but he’s definitely on the road to recovery,” the insider said.

The source also noted that the 55-year-old star has a huge support system. “His friends and family are making sure he doesn’t take too much,” declared. Fox is “he feels great and is excited to get back to work when the time is right,” the source added.

CorinneFoxx’s daughter announced on April 12 that her father had suffered a “medical complication.” However, the condition for which the star was hospitalized has not been disclosed. Star of “Ray” (2004) and “Django Unchained” (2012), Jamie Foxx was recording the movie “Back in Action” when he suffered an emergency and was taken to hospital, where he spent some time time in hospital.

Weeks after Corinne’s announcement, TMZ revealed that the actor’s health was grave and friends of the star were asking for prayers. At the time, Foxx broke his silence, posting a message to his fans on Instagram that read: “Thanks for all the love!!! I feel blessed.”

According to Page Six, Jamie is said to have checked into a Chicago rehab facility that specializes in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehab, spinal cord injury rehab, and cancer rehab.

The star made his first public appearance since his hospitalization recently. In a video released by TMZ, Foxx appears while taking a boat trip on the Chicago River, in Illinois, USA, accompanied by family members. Watch:
