“All complaints are very similar. The victims claim that there was a purchase of the product, with payment in cash, and that they never received what was purchased, for a long time making numerous excuses to justify the non-delivery of the product”, explained the delegate Rafael Pereira, of the 1st Civil Police Station of Canoas, Metropolitan Region of Rio Grande do Sul, at the time.

When these first allegations occurred, Nego Di’s defense said the comedian was also a victim of the shop and would cooperate with the investigation. He also asked anyone who was harmed by the store to contact the invoice so that a survey of the values ​​for the reversal could be made.
