Damn! According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Crystal Williams, Noelle Rodriguez AND Ariadne Davisthe three dancers who accuse lizzo of sexual harassment, body shaming and creating a hostile work environment, reportedly signed a new employment contract with the artist a few weeks after the harassment incident took place.

In the allegations, the trio say they were “dragged into sexually degrading performances” while touring Europe in February and March, but signed a new employment contract with the artist in April.

According to Lizzo’s attorney, Marty Singerthe dancers’ allegations are full of contradictions and significant factual inaccuracies. “Even at this early stage of the trial, their case was irreparably damaged”he told the Daily Mail.

UNDERSTAND THE CONTROVERSY

Lizzo was sued Ariadne Davis, Crystal Williams AND Noelle Rodriguez, his former dancers. According to NBC News, the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and Lizzo, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, is not the only one named in the case. The leader of your dance team, Shirlene Quigleyhe is also accused of minor crimes by women.

Claims for all damages include: hostile work environment, sexual harassment, religious harassment, racial harassment, disability discrimination, and failure to prevent or remedy the harassment. Lizzo is specifically accused of disability discrimination, hostile work environment, sexual harassment and failure to stop these issues. Her company Big Grrrl Big Touring Inc was also cited as a defendant.

The singer denies all allegations, however, the lawyer representing the former dancers recently revealed that he is looking into new allegations by at least six people against Lizzo. Including employees who participated in the artist’s tour and reality show “Lizzo’s Focus on Big Grrrls”, from Amazon Studios.
