In the afternoon of this Thursday 24, Black Gil used Instagram Stories to update her health after undergoing surgery to remove a tumor in her intestines.

The singer appeared to be wearing makeup and said she removed the nasogastric tube I had on my nose after surgery. The object connects the nose to the stomach, making it easier to eat or drain fluids.

On Tuesday 22, Gilberto Gil’s daughter announced that the tumor had been completely removed and that “she is free from cancerous cells”. “The surgery was a success. We had a total removal of the tumor with a margin and that means that, at the moment, my body is free of these cells, but the cure is a process,” she said.
