The model admitted that since childhood her favorite dish was spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. The mother of the future star cooked them for him every day.

“My first culinary memory is that of spaghetti Bolognese. When I was little, my mother worried that I wasn’t eating enough. Our doctor advised me to cook this dish every day because I liked it and it is still my favorite dish. I cook it with organic tomatoes, ground beef, onions, garlic, red wine and a little ketchup.”

A love of pasta determined Schiffer’s eating habits, even when she was at the height of her fame. For example, throughout her career, she remembered the Valentino dinner in Italy the most.

“I remember eating spaghetti al pomodoro and thinking, ‘This is divine food.'”
