Known for playing Oliver Oken “Hanna Montana”, Michael Musso was arrested last Saturday (26) in Rockwall, Texas, United States. According to TMZ, the commotion that landed the former Disney star in jail started over a package of snacks.

According to information from the site, Musso was taken to jail after officers received a call from a hotel employee, in which some people claimed that the actor was behaving aggressively and had stolen an item from a market .

Police officers arrived and found Mitchell outside the hotel, where they noted he was under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, Rockwall Police say they have uncovered several unpaid traffic violation tickets in the actor’s name.

Musso was arrested on charges of “public drunkenness, theft (less than $100), expired license plate, failure to produce a driver’s license, and violation of a court appearance notice.” He can be released on $1,000 bail.

Mitchell had a successful career at Disney in the 2000s. “Hanna Montana” he also participated “Pete Brooding” AND “Pair of Kings”. His latest acting job was in 2015, in “Fineas and Ferb”.
