Who is Skarlete Mello, influencer who promotes the banned game ‘Tigrinho’ and shows it off on social networks

The digital influencer Skrlete Mello28 years old, was the subject of a Civil Police operation for his involvement in an alleged financial pyramid scheme linked to the “Jogo do Tigre”, in São Luís. The court ordered the freezing of R$8 million from his bank account and the seizure of assets totaling more than R$1 million, including three motorcycles, four cars, two luxury cars and a jet ski.

Born in Therese, Piauíand resident in the capital of Maranhão, Skrlete Mello, whose full name is Skarlete Greta Costa Melo, is known for boasting wealth on social media, where she has more than 350 thousand followers. She is famous for organizing online lotteries, promoting gambling and offering beauty services. Married to another influencer, also involved in lotteries and online betting, Skrlete promotes the Lucky tigera game considered illegal in Brazil.

During the police operation, an alleged plot related to the online game Fortune Tiger was discovered, in which Skrlete they would earn money by promoting the game on their social networks. The investigation revealed asset movements inconsistent with the income of at least five people under investigation, including Skarlete and her mother, with large amounts allegedly earned through gambling.

The crimes allegedly associated with Skrlete include disclosure of gambling, unauthorized lotteries, criminal organization and money laundering.

Fortune Tiger is a slot-type online casino game that promises cash winnings. Hosted outside Brazil, the game has no registration or representatives in the country, being considered illegal.

On social networks, Skrlete posted videos commenting on his passing on Instagram. Without mentioning the reason, the influencer simply confirmed that she was going through a difficult time and she wrote. “God has always been with me, and this time it won’t be the other way around.”
