Thales Bretas, widower of the comedian Paulo Gustavo (1978-2021), and the actor Reynaldo Gianecchini were spotted having dinner in Gávea, southern area of Rio de Janeiro, on Friday evening (6/10). According to the Extra newspaper, Bretas saw the theater show “A Herança”, which features Gianecchini in the cast and deals with LGBTQIAPN+ themes. After the show, the two went to the restaurant and left together in Bretas’ car.
The episode sparked speculation on social media, which had long fueled rumors of something more between the two. Although the show’s cast also includes Bruno Fagundes, Rafael Primot, André Torquato and Felipe Hintze, none of them accompanied Bretas and Gianecchini during the dinner. Finally, at the end of the dinner the dermatologist made sure to open the car door for the actor, with a gesture that attracted attention.
The two traveled in the same car to an unknown destination, further fueling rumors about the nature of the meeting.
Personal lives
Thales Bretas has been single since January, after the end of his relationship with singer Silva. Reynaldo Gianecchini, however, keeps his personal life private and has not been in a relationship since the end of his marriage to Marília Gabriela in 2006. “I have never felt obligated to do anything, especially now that I am doing this play, I remember the In a moment when there is this militancy in wanting to demand, I think it’s so unreasonable,” the actor said in an interview with the Caras magazine podcast.
