The singer returns to the country where she recently lived to continue her 40-year career tour

When she moved to Lisbon in 2017 to accompany her son who was trying to become a footballer in the country, Madonna lived for a few months at the Pestana Palace. The 5 star hotel was the choice to stay in when returning to the Portuguese capital for the ‘Celebration Tour’ show.

The queen of pop occupies the D. Carlos Royal Suite, with a daily rate of 2,112 euros. In addition to the bedroom with a giant bed, there are two living rooms, a workstation, a dining table and the terrace overlooking the Tagus River and the hotel gardens. Staying in this 19th-century building is like traveling back in time and experiencing the best that luxury can offer.

In 2020, Madonna left Portugal and returned to live in New York, but maintained an emotional connection to the country. She celebrated her 65th birthday there, in August this year, when she received relatives and friends for a party at the Palácio do Grilo.
