Ana Hickmann details alleged assault in interview with “Domingo Espetacular”

Ana Hickmann gave his first interview regarding the alleged aggression who suffered because of her husband, Alessandro Correafor the Spectacular Sunday. The material was broadcast this Sunday, the 26th, on Record TV.

The case dates back to November 11, 2023, a Saturday, when Ana Hickmann registered a police complaint for Domestic violence and personal injury against her husband, the entrepreneur Alexandre Correa. He denies her allegations, also claiming that the woman was drunk at the time of the incident and that she was “extremely aggressive” towards her.

In the interview, Ana called her husband a “coward and scoundrel.” When asked “what really happened,” she responded, “It’s hard to relive some things, but now I can talk about it without crying. I cried a lot. I never thought I would have a roller coaster of feelings and emotions.”

“That 11th I was talking to my son in the kitchen, about some changes that were probably going to happen in our life in relation to our house, things that he’s used to, we were always talking about everything. Because of this conversation and things that happened before, the fight started, I was insulted by Alexandre. It started with verbal aggression and then ended with what Brazil discovered,” he said.

When asked if her son had witnessed the attack, she replied: “He had closed the door on my arm at the time, no. But before, yes.”

Ana Hickmann also said that she had been in a toxic relationship: “I tried to get rid of the relationship a few times. But people around you try to convince you that you are wrong. That he is only protecting you. […] He had the great gift of making me feel like shit.”

What Alexandre Correa says about the alleged attack on Ana Hickmann

This Sunday, the 26th, Alexandre Correa, who denies the attack, gave an interview to the magazine Who in which he spoke about the topic, changing the tone of his statements towards the woman, claiming that he had suffered a “real injustice from Ana”, and that she was drunk on the day of the argument and had been “extremely aggressive” and “ “humiliated” in previous situations.

He also posted a document on Instagram that said an employee had denied she had assaulted Ana Hickmann.

Ana then managed to lock him out of the house and called the Military Police. Correa would exit the scene shortly after. Hickmann sought medical treatment at São Camilo Hospital, where a bruise on left elbow. According to the police report, his arm was immobilized with a sling.

“The victim was aware of the protection measures conferred by the Maria da Penha Law, however, at this time, he chose not to request them,” the document ends.
