MC Daniele, 25 years old, was summoned to testify this Wednesday 29th, due to an action for moral damages brought by a minor. The 17-year-old boy claims to have been attacked during the funk singer’s show, in September 2022, in Ourinhos (SP), and requests compensation of R$91,000 for improper use of an image.

According to documents obtained by the newspaper Extrathe attacks allegedly came from one of the security guards MC Daniele, also accused of inciting the employee’s attitude, as well as making fun of the boy. The trial has been taking place at the 2nd Civil Court of the Forum of Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo since March 2023.

According to the young man’s testimony, he claims to have tried to climb onto the stage he was on MC Daniele to take a photo with the singer.
