Ana Hickmann’s betrayal of trust with Alexandre Correa, in relation to the administration of the couple’s business and other assets, was described as a “marriage deterioration process” in the presenter’s divorce request. The separation case is still under discussion at the Family and Inheritance Court of Itu (SP).

According to what Ana’s team reported, “spurious legal transactions” were discovered with movements of resources, carried out without Hickmann’s knowledge, without identifying their final destination. The information comes from Uol, which had access to the documents.

The court of the 1st Criminal and Family Court for Domestic Violence against Women of Itu rejected the divorce request based on the Maria da Penha law. From there, the files were forwarded to the Itu Family and Probate Court.

Remember the case

Ana Hickmann was attacked by her businessman husband Alessandro Correa, on the 11th, at the couple’s home in Itu, in the hinterland of Sao Paulo. She had to go to a city hospital and her left arm was immobilized.

According to the police report, the host was talking to her son in the kitchen when her husband heard it and didn’t like the content. The argument scared the boy, who left the place. Alexandre allegedly pushed Ana against the wall and threatened to headbutt the presenter.

In an attempt to free herself from her husband, the presenter took the cell phone placed on the table to ask for help. The businessman closed the kitchen door, hitting Ana on her arm, who ended up locking her husband out of the room and calling the police. When the Military Police arrived, the businessman was no longer at home. In response to the situation, the presenter denied the protection measures provided by the Maria da Penha Law.

Ana went to the hospital on her own and was examined by an orthopedist. Her left arm was immobilized by a bruised elbow. In a statement, she confirmed the fight but did not mention the assault.

“After an argument between Alexandre Correa and Ana Hickmann last Saturday, the 11th, the Military Police was called and the presenter was taken to the Police District to clarify the facts. Through her press office, Ana Hickmann thanks her for her affection and his support. solidarity from the fans and informs that he is at home, he is well and fortunately he has not suffered any significant consequences to his physical integrity”, we read in the text.

Faced with the presenter’s position, Alexandre denied the attack by contacting the journalist Leo Dias. He later admitted the crime, but downplayed the circumstances. “Yesterday, in fact, I had an argument with my wife, an absolutely isolated situation, which did not generate any significant consequences. I would also like to point out that I never gave her a headbutt, as falsely reported by the press, and that everything will be duly clarified at the appropriate time.”
