Luciano Huck sues X, former Twitter, for modifying his photo: ‘Absurd and fraudulent’

The presenter appears dressed as a prisoner in the fake images circulating on social media

Luciano Huck is suing X, formerly Twitter, due to a false advertisement circulated on the social network. A photo has gone viral on the platform in which the presenter appears dressed as a prisoner, escorted by two police officers.

The montage has appeared on several profiles in recent weeks, with most currently appearing as suspended accounts on the platform. The presenter confirmed on his social network, Sunday 3, that he has taken legal action to resolve the case. Estadão attempted to contact X, but received no response until publication. The space remains open.

Luciano even asked for the platform to be placed on November 22nd. “You may have already seen this absurd and fraudulent image here on X/Twitter. It is very important to warn you that this is a scam.”

“I thank everyone who reported the fraud and ask those responsible for X/Twitter to work to combat these lies and frauds on the social network.” Estadão contacted the presenter’s press office, which said it had no updates on the trial.
