Alexandre Correa seeks judicial recovery of the company with Ana Hickmann; the share is valued at R$40 million

The presenter’s husband Ana Hickmann, Alexandre Correa filed a request for judicial recovery for the company Hickmann Serviços LTDA, of which he is a partner together with his then wife. The request was sent this Thursday 7th to the Barra Funda Bankruptcy Court, in Sao Paulo. In the document, to which Earth had access, Correa calls for the stock to be worth R$40 millionan amount higher than the debts he has explained to date.

The request for judicial recovery does not mean failure. In reality it is an attempt to prevent this from happening.

As indicated in the action filed by Correa, recovery can occur following a number of alternatives, such as granting deadlines and special conditions for the payment of overdue obligations, reducing salary, among others. Hickmann Serviços LTDA is the target of lawsuits opened by banking institutions, for a total of almost R$ 14.6 million in amounts owed.

The action also mentions the fraud allegation, made by Ana Hickmann during an interview Spectacular Sunday. The document states that “there is no proven crime, but only accusations deriving from a Kafkaesque trial”.

In the recovery request, Correa included the company’s financial statements and said that, in 2022, it made profits of more than R$8 million. Ana Hickmann’s husband also adds that the request for judicial recovery would be to fulfill obligations towards creditors, but that both he and his wife would have personal means to repay the company’s debts.
