Carlinhos and Lucas reveal the decoration of the R$ 10 million villa in SP; see photo

In Instagram Stories, Carlinhos Maia took a tour of the Alphaville villa, an elite condominium in Greater São Paulo. In the final phase of renovation, the property already has decorations in the social and intimate areas.

Architect Rodrigo Fagá said he respected the neoclassical style of the construction when designing the changes to the structure and in the choice of furniture and objects.

With white walls, the house features designer pieces and contemporary works of art. In Carlinhos and Lucas Guimarães’ suite there is a classic Mole armchair, designed by the award-winning Sergio Rodrigues, and a painting by the famous artist Nina Pandolfo.

Upon returning from their end-of-year trip, the couple will be able to use the gym and landscaped garden that is currently being completed.

Overall there is good taste and discreet luxury, without ostentation. A beautiful house to be lived intensely by the residents, and not just to be shown off to guests and on social media.
