The body of Mário Jorge Lobo Zagallo was buried this Sunday, 7, in the São João Batista cemetery, located in Botafogo, in the capital of Rio. The wake, which took place at the headquarters of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in Barra da Tijuca, began in the morning and remained open to the public until 2pm.
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silvathe former president of the CBF, Ricardo Teixeiraand the tetratechnic, Carlos Alberto Parreirawanted to send wreaths of flowers to offer condolences to the family and friends of the great Zagallo.
