Marcos Mion attracted the attention of his followers when he published four shirtless photos on the night of Thursday 18th. Mion said the most intense preparation for the job lasted 70 days, but that he began training as a “professional” more than 10 years ago.

“It didn’t take 70 days to build these muscles! They were already there. Cultivated and created over 10 years as a bodybuilder, and that’s how I found my life”he wrote.

In the film “MMA – My Best Friend”, scheduled for release in 2024, Max, the fighter, discovers that he is the father of an eight-year-old autistic boy, in the midst of preparations for an important fight. The screenplay, written by Mion in collaboration with Paulo Cursino, is inspired by Romeo, the presenter’s son. The film will be directed by José Alvarenga Jr., from films such as ‘A Princesa Xuxa e os Trapalhões’, ‘Os Normais’ and ‘Cilada.com’.
