TV presenter Jessica Alves, a former human Ken who came out as a trans woman, revealed details of an attempted kidnapping while on holiday in Brazil last December. Currently residing in London, the famous figure claims to have almost fallen victim to criminals during his time off in Sao Paulo.

To the Daily Mail, Jessica said she was staying in a property she bought in the capital of Sao Paulo to be close to her family. One day, as she was leaving the apartment building, she heard the sound of a gunshot outside her car.

“The apartment building security called the police. As soon as the area was cleared and I was able to go back inside, the police told me that there was a kidnapping threat against me. They told me that, for my safety, I had to stay home,” the personality said.

The presenter then says that she has hired armed security guards to stay in front of her house 24 hours a day until she returns to England. On the way to the airport, she claims she was escorted by security and police.

“It was a relief to sit in the seat on my flight. When the door of the plane closed, I started crying like a baby and a member of the cabin crew asked me if everything was okay and I said: ‘ Now that we’re going back to London, okay? Yes.”

During her vacation in Brazil, Jessica claims she was constantly harassed by a “legion of fans who gathered at her front door.” “I posted lots of photos and videos of the pool, then they discovered where my apartment was. Every day I got out of the car, took selfies and I thanked them, but I also told them to go home and not wait for me there all day.”
