Nicole Bahls’ boyfriend had a daughter with a married woman, journalist says

On Thursday afternoon (25), the journalist Fábia Oliveira, from Metrópoles, revealed a controversy involving the entrepreneur Marcelo Chagas Viana, boyfriend of Nicole Bahls. The problem revolves around Marcelo’s previous relationship, which resulted in a daughter and a lawsuit, with a married woman.

Marcelo Viana, according to Fábia Oliveira, acted with “contempt and terror” towards the child since the pregnancy. Despite having registered her with a notary, he avoids fulfilling his parental duties.

After the relationship ended, the child’s mother’s husband also registered her as a loving father, creating a bond. The agreement established between the parties has a “confidentiality clause” which prohibits revealing Marcelo’s paternity, even to the child himself.

Pension of R$6 thousand

The legal proceedings were initiated to question the validity of this clause and the value of the pension, considering the entrepreneur’s comfortable lifestyle. Currently the pension amounts to R$6,000, but it does not correspond to Marcelo Viana’s financial situation.
