Fabiana Justus celebrates her twin daughters’ fifth birthday in hospital

This Monday the 12th Fabiana Giustohospitalized for treatment for acute myeloid leukemia, took to social media to pay tribute to her twin daughters on her fifth birthday, Clear AND Siena.
