Neymar could have his passport seized by the courts; find out why!

Neymar You run the risk of having your passport confiscated by the court. The drastic measure was requested by the lawyer Angelo Carbonelegal representative of a woman who accuses the player of not recognizing the paternity of a 10 year old girl, named Jazmin Zoe.

According to information from IstoÉ Gente, the girl’s mother, a Hungarian model, claims to have had a brief relationship with Neymar and would like him to provide her with his address, email and telephone numbers in Brazil and abroad.

After years of unsuccessful contact attempts, he filed a request for paternity recognition and child support. She also requests a DNA test and R$160,000 a month in pension, in addition to retroactive amounts, approximately R$20 million.

Since the player resides outside of Brazil, the seizure of his passport would be a way to ensure that he complies with at least some of these requests. Neymar has not yet commented publicly on the case. He is already the father of Davide Lucca AND Mavie.
