The 9th Earl Spencer, Charles Spencerbrother of the princess Diana Spencer (1961-1997), spoke of the mysterious disappearance of Kate Middleton, Lady Di’s daughter-in-law, and the theories involving Prince William’s wife. In an interview given to the British network BBC, and reflected by New York Postthe Earl rejected the conspiracy over Kate’s health.

“I’m interested in what happened, the truth,” he said, and was also asked about the relationship between current conspiracy theories surrounding the current Princess of Wales and what Diana suffered in the past from the press.

“I think if you look at 1997 and Diana’s death, the circumstances of her death [foram] so shocking that they forced the paparazzi-supporting industry to consider more carefully what they couldn’t, not because they had any moral judgment, but because it was unacceptable,” Spencer said.

Di’s love life was the subject of all kinds of comments, especially when it came to the love story of the current king’s ex-wife Charles III with the Egyptian billionaire Dodi Al-Fayed has become public.

The couple was chased by paparazzi in Paris, where the car lost control and suffered a serious accident on August 31, 1997.

Remember the case

Kate Middleton hasn’t been seen by the public since Christmas 2023 and, after disappearing from the spotlight, the world began to wonder what had happened to Willian’s wife. She was officially hospitalized to undergo abdominal surgery, without further clarifications, and she was discharged about two weeks later.

On March 6, Kate was seen next to her mother for the first time, Carol Middleton. They were driving in the car near Windsor Castle, in the United Kingdom, and were surprised by a paparazzo.

Last Sunday, the 10th, the Palace celebrated Mother’s Day by publishing a photo of Kate with her happy and smiling children. The image, however, was withdrawn from circulation on charges of manipulation.
