Baby on board: Rodrigo Santoro and Mel Fronckoniak announce pregnancy; “The love that never stops growing”

The actor Rodrigo Santoro and the journalist Honey Fronckoniak they will be parents again. The announcement was made by her herself, in a post on Instagram. “Twelve years together. There were two of us and the beginning of the journey. Now there are four of us and we start the journey again”, she wrote in the publication.

The couple already has a daughter, Nina, born in May 2017, and it was with a drawing of hers that the announcement was made. Mel shared that the new pregnancy was planned. “It was a thoughtful and very desired decision,” she said in the post.

Rodrigo commented on the post with a statement to the woman. “Let’s build our paths together, starting over every day, expanding this love that never stops growing,” she said.

The journalist also reflected on the challenges of motherhood and said the family’s love “has branched out even further.” “Giving birth to a child is, in part, a need for love. Yes, love sometimes overflows and with it can come the desire to see this overflow flourish”, she underlined.

Mel says the couple will approach the pregnancy with the privacy they appreciate and in an intimate way. And she already shared some anxiety about the arrival of the new baby. “I can’t wait to witness another childhood fill the rooms of our home and grow. My greatest desire is to continue building our next paths together with you,” she concluded.
