Lucas Borba, husband of Isabel Veloso, an influencer suffering from terminal cancer, updated his wife’s health status on Tuesday 30th. According to him, on Monday the 29th she had a threat of a heart attack.

“Despite the pain, gratitude. Isabel is fine! She underwent tests at the cardiologist and, on medical advice, a day of rest,” he wrote on Instagram. “How scary! But everything is fine now,” she added.

In the early hours of Tuesday 30th, Isabel Veloso informed her fans that her honeymoon had been interrupted due to health problems. A few days earlier, on April 22, she had married Lucas in church. The two had already made their civil union official at the beginning of the month, on the 13th.

Isabel Veloso was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma when she was 15 years old. Since 2021, she has undergone chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, among other treatments. In November 2023 she was considered recovered. However, in January 2024, the cancer returned and in a more aggressive form. With very short expectations, the influencer did crowdfunding on the internet to make some dreams come true, including getting married.
