Neymar’s latest investment, together with NR Sport, concerns the real estate project that will launch a total of 28 projects in the Northeast, creating the Brazilian Caribbean Route, in collaboration with the real estate company Due. The project is expected to be completed in 2037 and have a general sales volume (PSV) of R$7.5 billion. These are high-end residential buildings on the beaches of Porto de Galinhas and Carneiros, in Pernambuco, as well as in Maragogi, Antunes and Japaratinga, in the State of Alagoas.

Artificial lake

Recently, Neymar was involved in another environmental controversy. During work on an artificial lake, the Prosecutor’s Office asked the Court to ban the project at the player’s home, who was the target of four environmental fines, for a total of R$16 million.

Al Hilal’s number 10, however, managed to have the fines imposed by the Mangaratiba City Council (RJ) suspended in court.
