Singer Adele bought a villa from the actor Sylvester Stallone For 58 million dollars –equivalent to R$317 million, in current conversion. The property is located in Beverly Hills, United States, and is being renovated by the singer. Something he kept intact, however, was the statue of Rocky that Stallone had and it was even a condition of purchasing the house.

Last year, in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Stallone said he wanted to take the statue with him, but Adele wouldn’t let him. The piece which refers to the classic film starring the actor is part of the decoration of the swimming pool in the external area of ​​the villa, according to photos released by the English Daily email.

Despite the high transaction amount – and the condition that the sale be completed – Stallone was unable to get rid of the mansion for the price he expected. It was initially announced for 110 million dollars (more than 600 thousand R$), then the price was reduced to 85 million dollars (464 million R$), but the deal was only closed for almost half the price initial.

The villa has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a new floor, built by Adele’s team. The singer is also building a five-car garage and a fireproof roof.
