Without mentioning her ex-boyfriend’s name, Raissa said the first attack she suffered occurred during a trip to Chile.

“He beat me, he choked me, he hit me on the head, he pulled my hair, all because of jealousy. When I went through all that, I really thought I was going to die (…) When he hit me, I didn’t believe it. When he hanged me, I was paralyzed, I was just silent.

According to the former Fazenda, she tried to leave the apartment where they were staying, but her ex-boyfriend would not allow her. “He hid all the knives on the headboard (of the bed) and, that day, I was afraid to sleep. Before going to sleep, I prayed to God and asked him to take care of me,” said Raissa, who, not knowing what to do, continued the journey with her then-boyfriend.

“I tried to defend myself from him, but he is 1.90 m tall and, if I’m not mistaken, weighs 90 kg. He is very, very big, I couldn’t defend myself (…) I filed a complaint and nothing happened”, she continued.
