The journalist will now focus on digital content and events in the corporate market. Carol Barcellos signs a 20-year contract with Globo, with the right to cover three Olympics and three World Cups.
It is worth remembering that the journalist was involved in a controversy when she hypothesized a relationship with Marcelo Courrege, a colleague of the network. This is because Carol was the godmother of Marcelo’s wedding with Renata Heliborn, who also worked at Globo.
