This Friday, 09/13, the singer Ludmila opened her show at the Rio de Janeiro music festival with a new song. In the lyrics of the single, the celebrity sent a message to the haters and addressed the controversy with the national anthem.

They want to take me down, they plan my end just to see me bleed. There’s a lot of publicity in saying my name, they invent wars, they invent clones,” says the beginning of the song.

At another point, Ludmilla said: “But I tell you that day they tried to boycott me/In the national anthem the chord was a reproduction, I hadn’t even smoked a few joints, they did everything to say bad things/But I also know that evil cannot be repaid with evil.”

The lyrics refer to the singer’s performance at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Sao Paulo, in November 2023. Ludmilla sang the national anthem, but was accused of not knowing the words.
