Did he win? The Court rules on the case Mani Rego vs. Davi Brito

The Court of Justice of Bahia has brought down the hammer and deemed one of the requests made by Mani in the process he opened to see the stable union with the former BBB recognized as ‘unfounded’.

In October this year, Trench called for Davi’s assets to be frozen, claiming he was entitled to the prize he won on the TV reality show Globo. In the accusation she states that he would spend excessively the sum belonging to her.

Reason for refusal

According to columnist Alessandro LoBianco, the judge rejected the request and said it was necessary to hear Davi’s defense to make a decision. Based on the fortune accumulated by his ex-brother in recent months, the LeoDias portal stated that Mani is asking for the sum of R$450,000.

It’s worth mentioning that when he still trusted reality TV, Davi referred to his ex as “wife,” but after winning he said they were just “getting to know each other,” which led to the end of the relationship.
