SBT cuts Mingau’s health plan, from Ultraje to Rigor; the musician was hit in the head

THE SBT did not renew the Rinaldo Oliveira Amaral health plan, the Porridgefrom Outraged the Penalty. The musician was part of the band The Night, with Danilo Gentiliand, therefore, including medical coverage by the issuer.

Porridge was shot in the head in November 2023in Paraty (RJ). The bullet pierced his skull and he had to undergo surgery, including to place a prosthesis in the wound area.

According to Fábia Oliveira, from Metrópoles, Mingau’s daughter, Isabella Aglio, made an offer to repay the SBT so that the treatment is not interrupted. However, the Abravanel family did not grant the request.

THE Earth searched for the SBT so that the broadcaster can comment on the matter. As of the publication of this article, the broadcaster’s communications team had not returned. The report attempts to locate Isabella Aglio to take her statement. The space remains open for future positions on both sides.

Since October 2024, Mingau has been discharged from hospital and continues medical treatment in a clinic.

“My father continues to teach us to be patient. And he demonstrates an absurd strength. He responds to my mother’s requests and mine, expressing with his eyes what he wants. And every day is a different emotion”, Isabella informed, in a statement at the time of discharge.
