The possibility of the reality show having a twist will occur in the next field

There comes a time in lockdown reality shows when a certain participant’s favoritism becomes clear and, in most cases, predicting the outcome ceases to be a challenge. However, parallel stories continue to happen, both between planning friends and arguing couples. What we saw in Record’s “A Fazenda” is that the story has remained stagnant since the third week of the game.

Consolidating most tokens’ dislike of Sacha Bali, what we see is a constant repetition in every round of the game. Completely wrong, the show’s companions rarely change targets and, when they do, they do it to target the actor. The persecution becomes so obvious that even the debates and confrontations seem predictable and boring.

The desperation of those who are confined seems the same as that of the spectator: no one turns the disc and, when they try, they do it in the worst way possible. Albert, when he tries to position himself as Sacha’s great rival, ends up descending to very low levels of machismo and provocation: this week he asked Sacha to take his blood pressure while holding his private parts. Sidney Sampaio, on the other hand, is unable to hide his wounded ego.

“A Fazenda” lacks an antagonist worthy of the favorite. The problem is that all members of the opposing team lack charisma. In the campaigns, however, there will be the possibility of changing the course of history: for the first time, Sacha’s allies will be able to face each other and the group will suffer a casualty.

It remains to be seen whether the program will take new directions as a result. At this point I think it’s difficult.
