Not all proceedings reached the court and were closed at the investigation stage. Gradually the storm died down, but Copperfield’s reputation was tarnished and he lost his position.

In recent years, the one who was called the greatest magician of our time, has been discreet and hardly goes out in public. But the other day, David Copperfield unexpectedly appeared as a guest on a local American children’s show: the presenter, little Emmy, was delighted when the magician accepted her invitation.
