Kanah Flexa professional choreographer from London, England, made the decision to have a hair transplant due to advanced baldness. However, his hair journey gained prominence on social networks not for the result, but for an unexpected side effect that turned him into an Internet phenomenon.

After the procedure, English realized that his head had swollen dramatically, to the point that it compared to iconic animation characters. “My God, what’s happening? Look at my head! Mollusk. I look Megaly!he vented, sharing the situation with his followers in TikTok.

Kanah explained he was risk-conscious during a consultation at the London clinic, before undergoing surgery, which involved hair implantation and took four hours to complete. Despite care, such as the placement of a headliner to minimize swelling, the procedure — which includes scalp injections — resulted in a visible and unusual side effect.

Despite the fear, the choreographer ensured that everything was part of the process. “The hair line will recover. I know I’m looking crazy, but it’s just the process. In six months, I’ll look better, but now I look like an alien.”He joked when reporting his experience.

The clinic responsible for the procedure, Better Health Victoria, said swelling is a common side effect, as is bruising, numbness and scalp sensation. “I have never seen this level of swelling in hair transplant surgery”commented an impressed follower.

Three days after the procedure, Kanah has already noticed significant improvement and is celebrating progress. “It’s passing”celebrated the English, relieved to see the “mega visual” coming to a halt.
