Jay-Z was accused by a woman identified by the pseudonym Jane Donut of having raped her with Sean “Diddy” Comb-based arrested for several sexual crimes-in 2000, when she was only 13 years old. After the case was filed, the woman said she was forced by the lawyer to present a cause against Beyoncé’s husband.

In a recording obtained by ABC News, Jane speaks with two investigators hired by Jay-Z and claims not to have been abused by the rapper.

“He was there, but he had nothing to do with the sexual acts committed with you?” “Yes,” he confirms.

During the conversation, he also admits that the lawyer Tony Buzbee pushed him to accuse Jay-Z. “It was he who pushed me to follow Jay-Z,” he says in the recording.

After this audio has emerged, Tony Buzbee spoke and denied pressing the customer. “This is an absurd lie that goes against all the documented tests,” said the lawyer.

Alex Spiro, Jay-Z’s lawyer, said the rapper has never even met Jane Doe. He also underlined the version given by the woman in the registration. “He says without a doubt that Mr. Carter [sobrenome de Jay-Z] I didn’t do it. It is certainly a lie and Mr. Carter is involved only because he was forced to accuse him.

With the repercussion of the registration, Jane said he gave up following the case for fear of Jay-Z and what the singer’s fans could do with her. He also said he denied being raped by the rapper because he was afraid of the investigators, who knew his name and where he lived.

Spiro assured that the detectives did not force or threaten Jane. “She met voluntarily and I speak with them, said the truth, which in no case was it raped by Mr. Carter,” said the artist’s lawyer.

Now that the case has been archived, it cannot be reopened, but the combat struggle between Jane Doe and Jay-Z continues. Beyoncé’s husband will sue her and Tony Buzbee for defamation.
