However, few people know that initially the author of books about vampires Stephenie Meyer saw only Emily Browning in the image of Bella Swan. You may know this Australian actress from the movie Lemony Snicket: 33 Misfortunes.

Then, before the start of filming, Stephanie spoke only about Emily, but the actress herself decided to refuse the offer. In the end, later Browning did not regret his decision, because it was during this period of his life that the popularity that fell on Stewart did not please him.

According to Emily, she did not consider herself a vampire girlfriend and also felt tired of her acting career in general.
