Oruam reveals when your father is released

The artist answered the questions of the followers on the case and showed optimism with the possibility of freedom of his father, who is in prison for almost three decades.

Currently, Marcinho’s vice -president conforms to a closed penalty, in insulation, in a federal prison of maximum security in Campo Grande (MS). The sentence amounts to 48 years, six months and 20 days in prison. He was sentenced to crimes such as drug trafficking, murder and criminal association. As pointed out by the authorities, he acted as one of the main leaders of Complexo Do Alemão trafficking in Rio de Janeiro, with a direct participation in violence and violent operations linked to the Red Command.

The official forecast for the release of Marcinho VP, according to the information of the newspaper or Globo, is 29 October 2026, considering the penalty time and benefits provided by law. Therefore, until then, he continues in the custody of Brazilian justice.
