The next soap work of TV Globo, entitled Three Graces, will mark the return of Aguinaldo Silva in the early evening after six years later. The production will replace everything in the broadcaster grid and bring a narrative focused on the Brazilian social reality, combining the drama, mystery, romance and touches of humor, under the artistic direction of Luiz Henrique Rios.
Set in an imaginary community in the northern area of San Paolo, the soap opera has Gerluce Maria Das Graces as a central character, played by Sophie Charlotte. He lives with his mother, Ligia (Dira Paes), and her daughter, Joélly (Alana Cabral), forming three generations of women who faced early pregnancy and have given up on her plans because of motherhood. Gerluce’s main challenge will be to break this cycle and ensure that the daughter does not abandon her dreams in front of a new early pregnancy.
However, the protagonist’s routine is complicated when, he works as a caregiver of an elderly woman, Josefa (Arlete Salles), discovers that his employer ARINDA (Grazi Massafera) and the lover Santiago Ferette (Murilo Well) command a drug falsity scheme. The revelation puts it in the middle of ethical and moral dilemmas that will have a direct impact on your life and on that of your community.
In addition to the main nucleus, the cast includes names such as Romulo Estrela, Marcos Palmeira, Andréia Horta, Miguel Falabella, Gabriela Medvedovski, Alanis Guillen, Juliana Alves, among others. The recordings occur already in various neighborhoods of San Paolo, such as Brasilândia, Pinheiros, acclimatation and parish of Ol, strengthening the urban scenario of the plot.
The author explained his proposal by resuming the popular format: “My idea, in” Three graces “, is to create a popular and complete soap work, which speaks of people’s daily life, which starts at 5 in the morning and takes three buses to go to work”.
In another statement, he highlighted the role of the protagonist: “Gerluce is a woman who struggles in order not to lose hope. He wants a better life for his daughter, he does not know how he will reach this, but it is his main goal”.
According to director Luiz Henrique Rios, the tone of the work will be marked by the intensity: “We work in a tone just above reality. The soap opera has a lot of color and a lot of vibration, it is an intense story, on the flower of the skin”.
With a premium of premiere for October, three graces are provided with the proposal to cause reflections on social inequality, ethics and motherhood, without neglecting the characteristic emotion and entertainment of the first half of the station.
