Currently councilor for the PDT in the Cotia City Council (SP), Alexandre Frota officially rejected the band’s invitation to participate in the new edition of Masterchef Celebrities. The program, scheduled for the debut in October 2025, had not yet a name confirmed in the cast.

The refusal of the former Federal deputy occurred for two main reasons: the amount offered as cache and the conduct of the negotiations by the issuer.

According to the fleet itself, the financial offer presented by the production was considered unsatisfactory. He was also annoyed by the absence of a direct dialogue with the direction of the program. As reported, there was an attempt to resolve the entire agreement only with the production team, which has classified as an amateur approach.

“I was invited to do it, but I did not closed. In addition to the low cache value, the management of the program did not want to have a meeting with me.”

The actor stressed that he is usually involved in details in the projects in which he participates and, therefore, considers essential to speak with the managers of the Board of Directors. In his evaluation, the guidance adopted would be acceptable only with the first career professionals.

“They wanted me to do it with production. This is for those who are starting and has no story on TV. I thought it was not the best way to talk to a product. This treatment is for amateurs, beginners … I don’t work. I thank the band for the invitation and desire for luck.”

Possible participation in the Farm

Although he refused the band’s proposal, Alexandre Frota is appointed as a possible name for the cast of Fattoria 17. He recently commented on having resumed contact with Rodrigo Carelli, director of rural reality.

“We haven’t invented yet, but let’s do it. It was when I sent him a WhatsApp, about three or four months ago. He replied, he said he was traveling and we will meet soon.”

In fact, the former actor has been seen in the record premises in the last few days, which has contributed to increasing speculations on a possible participation in the program.
