Clear! Ivete Sangalo records a new project

Ivete Sangalo has transformed the Santa Teresa district of Rio de Janeiro, a stage for the recording of the “Ivete Clareou” project on Tuesday (12). The proposal, dedicated to Samba, brought together a cast of renowned artists and had the extraordinary presence of the singer’s family. The building chosen for the production offered a privileged vision of Sugar Loaf, a scenario that strengthened the festive and intimate mood of the event.

The new audiovisual work is accompanied by an EP and a tour that will begin in San Paolo, on October 25, still through Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Porto Alegre. The repertoire will present a reinterpretation of samba classics and Pagoda successes, as well as unpublished songs. Inspired by Clara Nunes, Ivete celebrated the coincidence of the recording with the date of the anniversary of the artist of Minas Gerais.

“I do not believe in coincidences. The sky has lightened, even the sea and the voice of Clara lives in us. Live Clara! Long life to the samba! Happy birthday to this, which was my first and great inspiration in music. Today, the twelfth day, I register my project” Ivete Clareu “, surrounded by extraordinary musicians and sounds the energy”, IVETE published on social networks.

The presence of children was one of the salient points of the day. Marcelo Cady, 15 years old, wore the official shirt of the project and celebrated the experience of integrating another production of his mother. “It is a very nice project, with all the attention on samba. And we are there, with this look also here that God has given us. Already the twins Marina and Helena, 7 years old, enchanted their gifts when they dance and went down on stage, received with love from the public.

The event characterized names such as Jorge Aragão, Pericles, Belo, Dilsinho and Arlindinho, who shared the stage with Ivete in performances marked by the celebration of the genre. There were known figures, such as Queen Casé, Fatima Bernardes, Lore Improta and David Brazil, strengthening the plural and prestigious character of registration.

Previously associated with Axé, Ivete stressed that Samba has always been part of his musical trajectory. The setting of the building and the choice of Rio de Janeiro for registration have strengthened the link with the genre, which will be the central axis of its agenda in the coming months.

The tour, which begins at the Jockey Club of San Paolo, will go to Belo Horizonte on November 1, outside Mineirinho, passing from Marina da Gloria, to Rio de Janeiro, on 22
