Raquel Brito’s lawyer clarifies to the police station

Raquel Brito, a digital influencer and former participant in the The Farm program, participated in the Consumer Protection Police Station in Itapuã, Salvador, on the morning of Monday (25). The nursing technique was listened to in an investigation conducted by the Bahia Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP-BA) on the spread of a platform that promised high earnings through digital marketing.

The influencer lawyer clarified to record Bahia that the declaration is linked to an investigation open at the beginning of 2025 by the 2nd prosecutor of the consumer capital. The investigation investigates the alleged promotion of the “sales sales” platform, which offered courses with promises of significant financial returns.

“The testimony provided is connected exclusively to the investigation on the digital marketing platform, without connecting to the spread of gambling,” Raquel Brito’s legal representative told the station.

The defender said that, before attending the police station, his client had advertised for a game platform known as “Tigrinho”, but he stressed that this topic has nothing to do with the current investigation.

David Brito’s sister keeps a profile with over 350,000 followers on social networks. In 2024, he participated in the reality show on the farm, but left the competition for health problems.

The authorities investigate whether the diffusion of the platform could configure a violation of consumer law by potentially inducing users to error. No specific details have been disclosed on which aspects of the disclosure have been studied or what evidence were presented during the declaration.
